Package does not include :
 
* Train ticket / Air ticket
* Any personal expenses like shopping, wine, laundry, camera, tips etc.
* Hotel check in and check out time is 12:00 PM
* Personal expenses such as laundry, luggage charges, telephone calls, tips and gratuities, mineral water, soft and hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (toy train), porterage.
* Additional sightseeing or additional use of vehicle unless otherwise specified in the itinerary.
* Additional hill walking charges for Atal Tunnel, Sisu Lake are payable directly to the driver at Rs. 500/- per person.
* Entrance fees, activity fees and guide fees.
* Any additional costs incurred due to natural disasters such as landslides, road blockages, political unrest (attacks) etc. (to be borne by the client, payable directly on site).
* In the event of an increase in taxes or fuel prices, which may result in an increase in the cost of ground transportation and ground arrangements, which may apply prior to departure.
* Snow vehicle rental if the road is closed due to snow.
* Room heater fee
* Insurance.
 
Booking
 
Booking and confirmation advance payment is 50%
Rest of the full cost due to be paid on the before one week start of tour
Kids below age of 5 years count as free
Kids above age of 5 years count as adult

* Meals provide only during Hotel stay.
* We do not make false promises to our customers that there will be snow fall during the tour. It also does not guarantee that it will snow during the tour, Whether there will be snow fall or not depends on the weather.
 
Cancellation
 
If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written , a further charge will be levied as follows:-
Before 2 month 10% of tour cost amount
Before 1 month 50% of tour cost amount
Within 30 Days no refund
The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air /train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client
 
Postpone / Prepone
 
For postpone / Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and
need to be inform us at least 15 days prior of tour date. INR 20%/- will be charged extra for Prep one / postpone.

Gum Boots or Waterproof Shoes with bottom grip sole, Sleeper
Sufficient innerwear cloths for Seven days

Mobile Charger, Power Bank, Camera, Selfie Stick, Umbrella
Knife, Plastic Dori, Sufficient Snacks, Chiwada, Farsan etc.
